Additional researches of FBM deposit rocks were performed upon the recommendation of Federal Institute of geological sciences and natural resources (BGR) and company Wismut (GERMANY) in 2015, and detailed report “Assessment of current radiological risks’ state while FBM jespilite deposit development” was drawn.
Basing on Ecomonitor report, State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine rendered that minerals of FBM deposit couldn’t be treated as radioactive material and were not the subject to regulative inspection from State Nuclear Regulatory Inspectorate of Ukraine.
